Here's the thing about lowered expectations - they make me watch movies like this. There's no need for me to spent two hours watching a shit movie with shit leads and a shit concept except for the fact that it's easy. I expected this movie to be shit and had it been, I would not have been surprised in any way. What Happens in Vegas is, thus, not exactly shit; at least, it doesn't approach the level of shit that one would expect from it. It's traditionally corny and trite - a romantic comedy the likes of which Hollywood cranks out every month or so. This somehow becomes one of its more prominent qualities. Essentially, if shit is constantly cranked out, some of it might be better. All shit is not created equal.
