I'm happy to add this film and to give it its first review on this site. God's Army tells the story of a new LDS (Mormon) missionary that experiences the good times and the bad times of serving a mission. As a returned LDS missionary, the movie brought back good memories with fellow missionaries and people that accepted our message as well as sad memories of those that rejected, misunderstood, or persecuted us because of what we believe. For the LDS people, this film offers an honest slice of life to the rest of the world. To those that are not LDS, this film offers a look at a (often-called) peculiar society of people. Well done cinema for any age.
