Somewhat auto-biographical, somewhat allegorical little story about young Michael Landon and his struggles through his high school years. Allegorically, it resembles the biblical story of Samson in which his strength is sustained inasmuch as he doesn't cut his hair. It's an enjoyable chronicle of the era, somewhat corny at times, but has a good story.
