The third "Die Hard" movie isn't quite as digestable as its predecessors, but rides on a nice rapport between co-stars Bruce Willis and Sam Jackson. Much of the action is brainless - disappointing for a series previously known for some very enthralling action sequences - and Jeremy Irons is no Alan Rickman, but some great suspense scenes result, and the movie as a whole is slightly inferior than those that came before it, but a nice watch nonetheless.

I think having Samuel L. Jackson as a sidekick would just kick ass. Seemingly in whatever pairing he is put in results in a great action film. Anyway this film pushes the franchise to a trilogy - but evidently that will not be enough as a fourth is on its way in 1999.

I cannot think of another series where I found the movies getting better as the series extends on. This was even better then number 2 which I felt was excellent. Samuel L Jackson added another dimension to the third one and the action just didn't let up. This series is far and above the Lethal Weapons simply on the fact the three Die Hards are so different from one another. Fabulous movie.

This is one cool action-movie !
Make sure you don't miss this one, especially the DVD version with Dolby Digital really kicks ass!
Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson make a perfect couple in this super action movie !
