This was a sequel? Pixar has once again set a new standard for computer animation based films with this beautifully rendered film. Tom Hanks and Tim Allen return to lend their voices to Woody and Buzz. Anyway a must go see film.

I would have to say that this movie is even better than its predecessor. And that's saying something. Its lesson's weren't preachy and its sweetness wasn't corny. And it is oh so worthy of its Golden Globe Best Comedy/Musical win. It is a must see for anyone. Don't think it's just for kids. It's not.

My kids (little Siskle and little Ebert) liked it. It was as good as the first one, which is to say it had to do things better to still be interesting.
I thought I would wet myself when I say the detail of the aircraft undercarraige at the end. Why can't they make movies for adults with that kind of attention to detail?

One of the few film sequels that surpasses its original in quality. In this delight, Buzz and the rest of the gang band together to rescue Woody from an evil toy collector. Meanwhile, he meets his long lost friends Jessie the Cowgirl and Stinky the Prospector. Absolutely amazing animation, great action, and totally fun voice-overs by the good old cast, adding Joan Cusack, Kelsey Grammar, and Wayne Knight. Probably the best-made (and perhaps my favorite) Disney movie.

It is not very often that a movie has a sequel that is just as good as the original, but this is one of the few. While this is not the best sequel ("The Godfather Part II" and "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" are better), its a very good movie. The computer animation is even better than in the original, and the humans have much improved. The voice actors are great here, the most outstanding new addition to the cast being Wayne Knight as Al of Al's Toy Barn. The jokes are great, my favorite is a certain "Star Wars" reference. One of the best sequels I've seen.
