A very fun film. Once the Dundee character is established we love to laugh at him but we also realize that he is smart in what he does, that is surviving in the wilderness. This comedy follows the same formula as other comedies but it is enjoyable because of it's unique character, that being of course Dundee. Paul Hogan is hilarious and watching him alone is worth the price of admission.

A movie that you can laugh at easyly in parts. Something that could have definately happened in real life and still could....that is if there are any handsome guys still left out there in the Austrilian outback...?

I didn't particullarly like this movie. There wasn't enough action. Everytime I watched it I got a headache. That ticks me off. Well I'm writing this review because I just feel like it. I just think, how much more of this movie can we take.

A light-hearted romantic comedy, but charmingly amusing. If you've never seen the Dundee at work, it makes an entertaining rental -- just watch, no need to use your brain. The pace is appropriate and the humor quick. Don't bother with the sequels -- it's all downhill from here.

At the time, it was one of those funny "Let's put x into situation y and see what happens" experiments. Sometimes funny, sometimes predictable, but overall decent. It has been redone and sequeled, but its stands up pretty well on its own.

Aussie Paul Hogan introduces us to some very funny Aussie humor. The outback fellow comes to New York with the newspaper columnist that goes to Australia to learn about him. It is then that we get a very entertaining film.

I can remember seeing this film at the theater when it first came out, and I remember it being insanely popular. Then, after not too long, it "fizzled out." I guess this is one of those films that's "fun to watch" and in which you enjoy a few really funny moments. After a while (or fourteen years), though, you come to the conclusion that movies like this are just that and not much more.
